Platinum Gold Homes and Group of companies are an established residential property investor and developer known for its investments in the market and for its entrepreneurial style, innovation and transparency. The company is proud of its reputation, built up since the 2003 when we  opened the doors as The Key Location Ltd, an estate agency in South East London. Then growing as a long-term residential and commercial investor with Platinum Gold Homes Ltd in 2011 and Vagha Investments Ltd in 2015.

Investment

We have a portfolio of over 150 residential units, principally flats, comprising a mix of private rented properties, regulated and assured tenancies, ground rents and commercial investments
We are mainly active in London and the south east of England where we have a wide contact base and knowledge of local markets. Our principal investment focus is on the regulated and private rented sector. We have the expertise in these asset classes and the understanding that we have built up ensures that we can maximise returns.
Our acknowledged expertise in the residential investment field together with our willingness to take a long-term view in relation to the realisation of our holdings, assist us in the ongoing acquisition of suitable assets.

Development

Our residential development activity is opportunistic, often on land adjacent to or within our existing holdings. We also acquire difficult development sites where our skills mean that we can maximise returns through being prepared to take a long term view, and by adopting a patient approach to the planning system
